1. General

This public offer is a proposal by Denis Nazarov, taxpayer ID (INN) 784106892171, to enter into a digital services agreement on the terms below

The offer is accepted by registering on the website, placing an order, paying for a service, using paid features or any other action that clearly expresses the user’s agreement with the terms

2. Subject of the agreement

The Contractor gives the Customer access to the TurboMMR digital service: Dota 2 match import, match reviews from replay, OpenDota and Valve data, account level and hero levels, tokens, subscriptions and other features described on the website

The services are provided remotely through the website. No physical goods are delivered

3. Prices and payment

importing matches is free;
opening a match review costs 3 tokens;
Free plan: one free review a day;
Pro: 299 ₽ a month, 400 tokens every month;
Titan: 799 ₽ a month, 900 tokens every month, the Titan medal in chat and priority in the replay queue;
an annual subscription is 20% cheaper (Pro 239 ₽, Titan 639 ₽ a month), tokens are still granted every month;
subscription tokens reset every month, an unused balance does not carry over;
token packs are one-off purchases: 100 tokens for 149 ₽, 300 tokens for 399 ₽, 1000 tokens for 1190 ₽. Purchased tokens never expire;
every 10 correct guesses in the "Who threw?" game earn 15 tokens

Prices are shown on the pricing page and in the payment form before payment. Payment is cashless through Robokassa and the payment methods it supports

A service counts as paid once the service receives the payment confirmation from Robokassa through a server notification

4. How the services are provided

pack tokens are granted after the payment is confirmed;
a subscription is activated for the paid period (30 days or 12 months) after the payment is confirmed;
a review is built from the available match data and may depend on external APIs and on the replay being available;
if the replay is unavailable, the service may show a basic review from OpenDota and Valve data

5. Refunds

A refund is possible for services not provided, an erroneous charge, technical inability to provide paid access, or in other cases provided for by Russian law

If tokens have already been used, or a subscription was activated and actually provided, the refund may be reduced in proportion to the services provided, where the law allows it
